2. Eligibility and conditions for refunds

2.1 Applicable refund situations:

During the trial period for new users: First-time subscribers can apply for a full refund within 7 days (168 hours) after the subscription takes effect, regardless of usage.

Non-human service failure: If our technical issues cause the service to be continuously unavailable for more than 24 hours, you may apply for a pro-rated refund.

Repeated or incorrect deductions: After verification, we will issue a full refund.

2.2 Situations where refunds are not applicable:

After the probation period: For first-time subscribers, no refunds will be provided after 7 days, and for non-first-time renewal users, no refunds will be provided in principle.

Substantial use of service: If, prior to applying for a refund, the user has solved more than 50 independent problems through the subscription service or engaged in AI interaction for more than 10 hours, it is considered that the main value of the service has been obtained, and a refund will no longer be supported.

Violation of Terms of Use: This includes but is not limited to abusing the service, making automated requests, and engaging in unauthorized activities such as commercial homework assistance.

Usage issues arising from personal reasons such as user equipment and network.

3. Refund application process

Submit a request: Submit a refund request through the "Help Center" on the website, or send an email to service@mathsolverai.cc.

Provide information: Please provide your registered email address, subscription order number, and a brief reason for the refund.

Review process: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. We may inquire about specific details to better assist you or improve our services.

Refund completed: After approval, the refund will be returned to your payment account via the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on your payment service provider, and usually takes 5-10 business days.

4. Subscription management and cancellation

You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time in the "Subscription Management" section of your user account. After cancellation, the service will automatically terminate at the end of the current subscription period, and no further charges will be applied.

Canceling a subscription does not equate to receiving a refund. In the case of voluntary cancellation, you can still continue to use the service until the end of the current payment period.

5. Special considerations and exceptions

We understand that sometimes special difficulties may arise. If you are unable to use our services due to extreme special circumstances such as major medical issues or family emergencies, please contact us even if it is beyond the refund deadline. We will conduct a case-by-case review and may offer humanized solutions such as account suspension, service extension, or partial refund.
